Collection: Delphine Gwilliam-O'Connor

Delphine is a Cornwall-based artist and art facilitator based in Newquay. Working across mixed media, she creates abstract seascapes and landscapes inspired by the rhythm and movement of daily life.

Her practice is rooted in observation and experience, drawing on memory, environment, and the quiet moments that shape her surroundings. Through layered mark-making and an intuitive approach, her work captures both the energy of the coast and the personal narratives held within it.

“My art is inspired by the life I’ve lived and the rhythm of daily life I live now. From nostalgic memories to my morning dog walks, the changing light, and the sounds and scenes that surround me. My work is not only shaped by the colours and landscapes of my coastal home, but by everything that lives within it.”
