Shipping policy

We want your artwork to arrive safely and on time. Please read the details below about how we process and ship your order.

Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–5 working days after payment.

If your artwork requires framing or is part of an exhibition, dispatch may take slightly longer. We’ll contact you with an estimated delivery date.

UK Delivery

All UK orders are shipped using Royal Mail 48 Tracked.

Delivery usually takes 2–3 working days after dispatch.

You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped, allowing you to follow its journey.

While Royal Mail 48 Tracked is a reliable service, delivery times are not guaranteed.

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, please contact us.

We will work with Royal Mail to locate your parcel or arrange a replacement/refund if necessary.

International Delivery

International shipping is available on request. Please contact us for a quote before placing your order.

Any customs fees, import duties, or local taxes are the responsibility of the buyer.

Packaging

All artworks are carefully packaged using archival-quality, protective materials to ensure they arrive in perfect condition.

Collection from the Gallery

If you’re local or visiting Cornwall, you can choose to collect your artwork directly from our Falmouth gallery at no extra cost. We’ll email you when your piece is ready for collection.
